Term of services
Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, NOT commercial use, UNLESS the client, pays for the commercial use rights.
I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork; this includes posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio.
Even if they bought the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own.
The client must credit me (@nyapawwy_art) as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials anytime my art is showcased.
In the mysterious commission, I choose everything from the pose to the background. You can only choose what kind of art it will be (SFW/NSFW), whether there will be a background, and what fetishes you are not interested in
I work on art chaotically, except for those works that need to be done urgently. This means that if you made an order first, it is not a fact that you will receive it first, if besides you I am working on 5 more orders, but I try to work on all at the same time and evenly so you will not have to wait longer than others
Payment must be paid 100% after sketch. There is an option for a 50/50, 25/25/25/25 payment plans. I always go to meet my customers and can do it the way you want^^
BY ANY MEANS, DO NOT RUSH ME! (unless you have paid for a rushed fee).
You can text me to check how the commission is going every two weeks, not every two days!I will try to provide updates as soon as possible, but don't ask me for updates please; I will be the one who contacts you first.
Deadline
The deadline varies from 2 weeks to 2 months (there may be unexpected delays, illness, relocation, etc.)

I, the artist have the right to use the work for my portfolio (with watermark and low quality).
Clients cannot claim ownership of the artwork meaning claiming yourself as the illustrator of the work I drew.
Clients must credit the artist properly.
